HASSLE-FREE WARRANTY

This system is covered by a 1-year warranty which protects you against electrical/component failure. In the event your system fails due to a hardware error, in the first 30 days, your system is covered by a standard Collect & Return service. After the first 30 days, a fully qualified  engineer will be booked to assess the problem with your machine. This can be arranged at a time of your convenience, in our London store.

If for any reason the  technicians are unable to repair your device under the warranty agreement (i.e. parts aren’t available or the cost to repair is greater than the value of the device when new) you will receive a brand new replacement to the equivalent specification.

We always use brand new, genuine components, assembled and tested by our experienced  technicians. All of our machines are built on-site – nothing is imported pre-built – that way, we can ensure the machine is build to the highest standards possible. This alone sets  separate from the rest!

We have a diverse range of pre-built machines for you to choose. But, of course, you can completely customise any part – just select the options or speak to our live chat team who will assist you. Furthermore, if you want something built from scratch, exactly to your needs, we can help!

All BattleBox machines are packaged carefully prior to shipping. Or, if you prefer, you can collect your machine in-store and test it before you take it home. Our store team are more than happy to assist you or answer any of your questions.
